Join HearthStone’s friend Fred Brown at the Sports Core for a training program designed to develop the competitive swimmer, including stroke analysis, performance and conditioning. The program runs Saturdays, Oct. 17 – Dec. 5, from 11 a.m. – noon. For Sports Core members the program is $40 and nonmember cost is $100, but sponsorships are a possibility for those who need them–let them know you’re a HearthStone friend.
