Notice of filming and photography

Here at HearthStone, we love to showcase smiling faces and all the cool things our members do. You might just appear on the website, on social media or in promotional videos!

When you or your party attend a HearthStone of WI event or workshop, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur.

By attending HearthStone’s event or workshop, you and your party consent to photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for promotional purposes, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by HearthStone of WI and its affiliates and representatives. Images and/or videos may be used to promote similar HearthStone of WI events in the future, highlight the event or exhibit the offerings of the organization.

You release HearthStone of WI, its board, volunteers, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, or publication of interviews, photographs, video, and/or audio.

HearthStone of WI understands that you or your party may be in unique circumstances where safety is a concern if your image is published; if this is the case, HearthStone will do its best to honor your request for no media if HearthStone of WI and its videographers/photographers are given prior notice or made aware at the event itself.

You and your party have been briefed on HearthStone of WI’s media policy through the provision of this link. Thank you very much for your help in sharing the good news of HearthStone through a variety of media!
